Guest Policies – Farali Homes To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for guests, neighbors, and the property, the following policies apply to all reservations at this Farali Homes property. Guest Verification Policy To maintain security, Farali Homes may require guest verification prior to check-in. By completing your reservation, you agree to the following: • Guests may be required to provide a valid government-issued photo ID prior to check-in. • Guests may be asked to verify their contact information and complete a short verification process. • In certain cases, the property owner or management may require additional screening or background verification. • Check-in instructions may be withheld until verification is completed. • Verification must be completed within 24 hours of booking. • Same-day bookings must complete verification within 1 hour. • Reservations that fail to complete verification may be subject to cancellation. Important: Any information collected is used only for verification and security purposes. Property Protection / Damage Policy To maintain the quality of the home and protect the property for future guests, a Property Protection Fee of $59 per stay is included with your reservation. This fee helps cover accidental damages up to $500 during your stay. Examples may include minor accidental damages such as broken household items, minor stains, or small repairs. Please note: • Intentional damage, negligence, theft, or excessive cleaning will be charged separately. • Larger damages may be claimed through the booking platform or security deposit. • The property is also protected by Airbnb AirCover host protection. Guests are responsible for treating the property with care during their stay. Occupancy & Party Policy This home is designed for comfortable group stays, but we strictly enforce house rules to respect our neighbors. • No parties or events are allowed. • Maximum occupancy must not exceed the number of guests on the reservation. • Unauthorized guests are not permitted. • Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Violation of the party policy may result in immediate termination of the reservation and a penalty of up to $1,000, in addition to any damages or extra cleaning required. Smoking Policy Strict No-Smoking Policy This is a strictly non-smoking property. • Smoking or vaping is not permitted indoors under any circumstances. • Any violation will result in a minimum $1,000 penalty for violation of house rules and guest disruption. • Additional charges for deep cleaning, odor removal, ozone treatment, or damage repair will be requested separately based on actual costs. • All claims will be submitted through Airbnb with supporting evidence (photos, videos, and invoices). • Severe violations may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund. Smoking is only permitted outside and away from doors and windows, and all cigarette butts must be disposed of properly. • Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request for $40 per hour (subject to availability)
