This place was great! Walking distance to shopping, restaurants, short drive to SMU. Over all great location. Hosts were wonderful, communicative, kind and helpful. 10/10 for sure with great customer service and location. Will stay again!

110% would stay here again. Eight thumbs up from four guests. Terrific property in a terrific location. It seemed as if it was recently updated/upgraded - everything in the unit felt new. The kitchen had plenty of utensils/cooking implements, cups, glasses, plates etc., (We have been to properties that didn't.) The property is on the 2nd floor easy to get to with steps or the elevator. We used both the gym and the pool. The gym is an actual legitimate gym with plenty of equipment certainly better than 95% of the hotels in the USA. The pool has plenty of chairs and the sun moves nicely from side to side for those want to enjoy or avoid the sun. This is a terrific part of town easily accessible to the Katy trail and some of the finest restaurants in Dallas - absolutely terrific, high end location.

Fasi’s place was very clean, thoughtfully prepared and communication throughout the stay was quick and helpful. I especially appreciated the small touches that made the stay feel welcoming like having coffee, snacks etc. While the building itself is a bit older, the unit was so comfortable, cared for and had everything I needed for a convenient stay. The location was truly one of the best parts - incredibly walkable and close to everything. Highly recommend if being in the center of amazing restaurants, coffee and fitness is for you!

Fasi was an excellent host. Our family of 14 thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The home was beautiful and clean. Fasi was quick to respond when we had questions. Hands down, the best property my family has stayed in. We will definitely be back.

We appreciate the carefully arrange of details, those small things that make our stay more easy going such as having essentials like soap & shampoo, coffee, salt, basic cleaning supplies, and other goods. Also, the cleanliness in general. But the thing we like the most was the bed linens and bed confort.

This home was exactly how it was listed and felt perfect for a short weekend getaway for my close friends and family. All of the rooms were very spacious and it really felt like each person had their own individual spaces. The large dining table was perfect for our dinners and the living space was great for hosting! They had a karaoke machine which made it even better for the nights we just wanted to stay in and hang out. This home is also modern and had a lot of things to do in different parts of the house. Fasi was super responsive and easy to get a hold of! We had a really great stay and I would definitely recommend for large groups that want intimate gatherings in the dfw area.

The apartment was so nice, in a great location, and had everything we needed. The host was proactive in reaching out to us to make sure our stay was going well. Our daughter lives in this apartment complex, so it was absolutely perfect for us while we were visiting her. We will definitely be staying here from now on when we’re in town!
