If you need to smoke, feel free to do so in the backyard, and please dispose of cigarette butts off the property. We appreciate your cooperation and want to remind you that there is a $500 fine for smoking inside. 4. Chill Atmosphere: We aim to provide a serene environment, so please no parties or social gatherings. If you have any special plans, just let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate. We appreciate honesty and transparency! Any group found to be deceitful will incur a $500 surcharge. 5. Timely Check-ins and Check-outs: To keep everything running smoothly, please adhere to our check-in and check-out times. If you need adjustments, just let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Late check-outs without notice may incur a $50/hour penalty. 6. Guest Counts: For the comfort and safety of all guests, please declare the number of occupants accurately. An undeclared guest surcharge of $100 per night will be applied for unapproved guests. 7. The apartment was so nice, in a great location, and had everything we needed. The host was proactive in reaching out to us to make sure our stay was going well.
