Pool: Open 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM. Max 2 guests per unit (must be accompanied by host). No Glass: Only plastic or aluminum containers allowed in the pool area. 4. Gym: Open 24/7 via the app. 5. Groceries: Send on-demand deliveries (UberEats, Instacart) directly to the apartment address. 6. Valet Trash: Sun – Thu only. Place bins out between 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM; bring inside by 9:00 AM. 2-bag limit. 7. Parking Garage: Follow the 5 MPH speed limit and use safety mirrors. Guests: First-come, first-served for all residents and visitors. 8. Fresh Air Matters: For the comfort of all guests, we maintain a strict no-smoking policy indoors. If you need to smoke, feel free to do so in the backyard, and please dispose of cigarette butts off the property. We appreciate your cooperation and want to remind you that there is a $500 fine for smoking inside. 9. Chill Atmosphere: We aim to provide a serene environment, so please no parties or social gatherings. If you have any special plans, just let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate. We appreciate honesty and transparency! Any group found to be deceitful will incur a $500 surcharge. 10. Timely Check-ins and Check-outs: To keep everything running smoothly, please adhere to our check-in and check-out times. If you need adjustments, just let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Late check-outs without notice may incur a $50/hour penalty. 11. Guest Counts: For the comfort and safety of all guests, please declare the number of occupants accurately. An undeclared guest surcharge of $100 per night will be applied for unapproved guests. 12. Respectful Use of Space: Please be mindful not to move or rearrange furniture, ensuring that everyone can enjoy the space as intended. 13. Eco-Friendly Living: Help us conserve energy by turning off lights when not in use. 14. Extending Your Stay: If you're having a great time and want to extend your stay, we're happy to accommodate based on availability. Just give us a heads up at least 48 hours before your original checkout time. 15. STRICTLY NO PETS, fines up to $1000 *GUEST VERIFICATION TO STAY MAY BE REQUIRED* To comply with legal requirements and ensure property security, we may request a copy of your government-issued photo ID, verify your contact information, ask you to complete our verification process, and/or, in certain cases, undergo a criminal background check. By completing your reservation, you agree to the following conditions: - You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions. - You acknowledge that you may be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID prior to check-in. - You acknowledge that you may need to undergo a background check if required by the property management company or the owner as a condition of booking. - You understand that your check-in instructions may be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification process. - All guests are subject to verification checks and must provide the necessary information within 24 hours of booking. Same-day bookings must provide the information within 1 hour of booking. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation that does not meet our verification criteria. Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes. - Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request for $40 per hour (subject to availability)
